Confirmed Realme 16T 5G Launch Date in India
The Chinese tech company stated that the Realme 16T 5G will launch in India on May 22 at 12 PM in a post uploaded on X. Following launch, the smartphone will be available for purchase on Flipkart and the official Realme India website. Additionally, Realme has announced that the phone will come in three different colors: blue, Starlight Black, and Starlight Red. Some of the key features of the smartphone are already hinted at on dedicated microsites.
According to Realme, the phone contains an 8000 mAh “Titan Battery” that may last up to three days between charges. The company estimates that consumers will spend approximately 22 hours navigating, 34 hours scrolling via social media, and 14.3 hours gaming. Additionally, according to the business, the battery is made to last up to seven years. In addition to wired reverse charging and bypass charging, the smartphone will enable 45W wired fast charging.
The Realme 16T 5G looks to have a flat rear panel with a square-shaped camera module in the upper corner. Two back cameras, an LED flash, and what looks to be a selfie mirror inside the camera island are all part of the system. The left side of the device is uncluttered, while the power button and volume keys are located on the right edge. According to Realme, the phone’s thickness will be 8.8 mm.
The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset may power the smartphone, according to reports, even though the business has not yet disclosed the CPU. It is anticipated that the processor will include six efficiency cores operating at 2GHz and two performance cores clocked at 2.4GHz. According to leaks, the phone might come pre-installed with Android 16, Mali-G57 MC2 graphics, and at least 8GB of RAM.
