Yamaha claims that the EC-06’s fixed 4kWh battery pack has a verified range of 169 km on a single charge. A standard household plug can be used for charging. It takes about ten hours to fully charge from 0 to 100%, whereas it takes about eight hours to reach 80%. Both the motor and the battery have an IP67 grade for dust and water protection, and the battery is covered by a three-year or 30,000 km warranty.
Performance and Maximum Speed of the Yamaha EC-06
The scooter has an Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor with a torque of 26 Nm and a rating of 6.7 kW (8.98 horsepower). Its maximum speed is 79 km/h. Three riding modes (Eco, Standard, and Power) are included with Yamaha’s EV. To make low-speed parking easier, there is a reverse mode.

Twin rear shock absorbers and telescopic front forks are standard on the Yamaha electric scooter. It has 200mm disc brakes connected to a Combi Brake System on both ends. The scooter has 14-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tires.
