Aadarsh Shaw: Building Clickstera Through Tech & Growth
Founder Profile | Clickstera Solutions LLC
When Aadarsh Shaw joined Teikametrics in 2021, his focus was Walmart advertising. Within a year, he had expanded into managing both Walmart and Amazon accounts. Soon after, he took on another responsibility: sales.
That combination was unusual. Shaw was managing client accounts while also helping bring new business into the company. At a time when most people were looking to narrow their responsibilities and move up the corporate ladder, he was deliberately taking on more.
His reasoning was simple. He wanted to understand the entire business, from winning a client to delivering results for that client.
Throughout his nine-year career, Shaw has worked with over 85 brands in the e-commerce landscape. His experience spans marketplace advertising, account management, sales and growth strategy, giving him exposure to both the commercial and operational sides of the industry.
That experience eventually led him to build Clickstera.
Clickstera was founded with a clear idea: brands need experienced people who know how to use technology, not treat it as a replacement for experienced people. The company works across Amazon, Walmart and Meta, helping brands manage advertising, marketplace growth and the broader challenges that come with scaling digital commerce.
Since its launch, Clickstera has worked with more than 25 brands. Today, the company manages approximately $500,000 in advertising spend each month, with an ambition to take that figure to around $2 million in monthly managed spend by mid-2027.
For Shaw, however, scaling the business is not simply about managing larger advertising budgets. The company’s evolution in 2026 reflects a broader view of what brands need in order to grow.
In the middle of 2026, Clickstera launched its creative division after seeing a recurring problem across Amazon and Walmart brands. Advertising can only go so far when the product listing, imagery and video creative are not keeping pace. The new division was created to help brands improve their marketplace listings while providing a consistent supply of video content for Meta advertising.
The division began with five pilot brands across five different projects, giving Clickstera an opportunity to test and refine the offering before expanding it further.
Technology has also become an important part of the company’s operating model. Clickstera has developed a strong technology partnership with Hector, using its technology alongside the experience of Clickstera’s own team. The goal is not to choose between software and people, but to combine the two in a way that gives brands access to better tools while keeping strategic decisions with experienced operators.
That approach reflects Shaw’s own career. He has spent years moving between different parts of the e-commerce business rather than staying within a single function. His experience managing advertising accounts, working directly with brands and participating in sales has shaped the way he thinks about growth today.
He does not reduce the health of a business to a single advertising metric. He believes every brand has a different product, marketplace position, customer, margin structure and growth challenge. If something works for one account, the same thing may be wrong for another.
That philosophy is increasingly becoming the foundation of Clickstera’s next stage.
The company’s goal is to build a performance marketing partner that can work across platforms, combine technology with experienced execution, and support brands as their needs change. For Shaw, the next milestone is not simply reaching a larger number. It is building a company that can handle that scale without losing the hands-on thinking that made Clickstera effective in the first place.
From managing individual accounts to building a company around the broader problems brands face, Aadarsh Shaw is betting that the future of performance marketing belongs to teams that know how to combine technology with real-world experience.
