Next week, Samsung, the massive South Korean electronics company, will introduce a new M-series smartphone in India. The Galaxy M47 5G phone will be unveiled in India on June 29, according to a new confirmation from the business. The Korean smartphone company has also disclosed the main features of the next M-series gadget just one week before its release.
The Galaxy M47 5G will be offered in Rogue Red and Blaze Blue, according to Samsung India. The Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor and LPDDR5X RAM power it.
Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection, which promises to provide up to 4x higher scratch resistance and the capacity to withstand drops of up to 2 meters, will be included with the smartphone.
It will have a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. According to Samsung, this will provide seamless scrolling, quicker touch response, and an engaging viewing experience when playing games, watching videos, or surfing apps. It has also been announced that the future mid-segment phone would have a 6000mAh battery capable of 45W rapid charging.
Bypass Charging, a function intended for gamers, will be included with the Samsung Galaxy M47 5G. During games, it will enable the phone to draw power straight from the charger, minimizing performance throttling and reducing heat for a more seamless gaming experience.
The Galaxy M47 5G will have a 12MP HDR front camera and a 50MP OIS triple rear camera configuration for photography. Additionally, the gadget will have Nightography for better low-light photography and videography, and it will enable 4K video recording.
It has been announced that the Galaxy M47 5G would arrive with One UI 8.5, which is based on Android 16. The tablet would get six generations of Android OS upgrades and six years of security fixes, according to the South Korean tech giant. In order to extend battery life, the software will also automatically switch inactive apps to sleep mode.
Additionally, the smartphone will offer Samsung Wallet with Tap & Pay for safe online payments and on-device voice mail.
Google Gemini and Circle to Search are two AI-powered technologies that Samsung has confirmed would be included in the Galaxy M47 5G. The gadget will have Samsung Knox Vault and Auto Blocker installed to assist safeguard user data against hardware-based risks and viruses.

The Galaxy M47 5G’s price and online availability have not yet been verified by Samsung. According to rumors, the smartphone would cost between Rs 27,000 and Rs 30,999 in India.
