Established in 2025, YaazhTron is based in Bengaluru and operates a dedicated manufacturing facility at Malur Industrial Area, Karnataka. The company is led by Paramasivam Mathappan, Managing Director & CEO, who brings around two decades of experience in fabrication, manufacturing operations and project execution.
His approach is straightforward: understand the customer’s process requirement first, then engineer and manufacture equipment that suits the actual application. This practical philosophy forms the foundation of YaazhTron’s engineering and manufacturing activities.
YaazhTron designs and manufactures a wide range of equipment including process vessels, reactors, fermenters, mixing tanks, storage tanks, heat exchangers, condensers, CIP systems, filtration systems, process skids and other customized equipment. The company serves industries such as biopharma, food and beverage, distillery and brewing, chemical processing, oil extraction and other process industries.
Its project portfolio covers diverse applications. The company has manufactured chromatography skids for export to the USA, process vessels, fermenters, brewery systems, CIP systems, filtration equipment and large process vessels for international projects. These projects reflect the company’s ability to handle both individual equipment and integrated process requirements.
YaazhTron works with materials including SS304, SS316/316L, Duplex Stainless Steel, Copper and Aluminium, depending on process and customer requirements. Particular attention is given to material selection, welding quality, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, cleanability and practical maintenance.
Another important capability is copper fabrication for distillery and IMFL applications. YaazhTron undertakes fabrication of copper pot stills, copper tanks and associated piping systems used in spirit processing. Such equipment requires skilled forming, joining and finishing techniques, combining functional process requirements with the distinctive workmanship expected from traditional copper distillery equipment.
For hygienic and critical process applications, fabrication quality, documentation and surface finish are especially important. YaazhTron’s capabilities include GMP-oriented equipment design and construction, mirror polishing and electropolishing, including bioprocess systems requiring fine surface finishes. Depending on project requirements and customer specifications, equipment is engineered and manufactured with consideration of applicable standards and good engineering practices, including ASME Section VIII Division 1 for pressure-vessel applications and ASME BPE principles for bioprocess and hygienic equipment.
Customization remains central to YaazhTron’s approach. Before finalizing equipment, the team considers factors such as process capacity, operating temperature and pressure, material compatibility, mixing requirements, layout constraints, accessibility, maintenance and future operational needs. This helps convert a customer’s process requirement into equipment that is practical to manufacture, install and operate.
