At the helm of Nahars Group is Harshal S. Nahar, the visionary leader and managing director. He boasts over 15 years of experience in the execution of mechanical engineering projects and facilities planning projects at an automotive component manufacturer in India. His areas of competence include executing projects to reduce lead time, process improvement and redesign, reducing inventory, and managing capacity.
In the year 2012, Harshal’s passion for business drew him back to India when he joined his family business. He played a crucial role in driving the company’s commitment to unwavering standards of ethics, quality, and reliable deliverables. Mr Harshal further streamlined operations and championed automation in the company, laying the groundwork for transformative endeavours. Under his leadership, Nahars Group has grown towards uncharted territories of success.
Academically, Mr Harshal earned his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, Aurangabad, and his Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems from the prestigious University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA.
