SAN Precision Alloys Pvt Ltd is a subsidiary unit of the group of companies called ‘Best Heat Treatment Services’, which is located at SIDCO Industrial area, Kurichi, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Best Heat Treatment Services has been thriving in the industry since 1989, and is one of the most successful commercial Heat Treaters in Coimbatore with fully equipped in-house lab facilities. It has a widespread network of satisfied clients to which it provides all kinds of heat treatment and machining services. It also helps guide its customers through the process, like selecting the right material for the right purpose, owing to its twenty five years of experience in the field. The Group caters to industries like Automotive, Pumps & Valves, Earthmoving, Power, Wind Energy, Aerospace, Defense and General Engineering industries, and has an annual turnover of around 25 cr.
One of the best auto components manufacturers in India, SAN Precision Alloys employs the Lost Wax Method. The part weight ranges from 10 Grams to 65 Kgs. The company’s production capacity is up to 400 MT per annum and expandable upto 650 MT per annum.
The primary aim of SAN Precision is customer satisfaction. The company dedicates its resources to fulfill clients’ expectations, and strives to understand their requirements to the fullest extent. It acts as a one stop solution, Foundry > Fettling > Heat treatment > Machine Shop, all under one roof.

The three decades of experience it has in the field of heat treatment services informs the company’s products and services. This has led to the customers giving SAN Precision preference over its competitors, and also explains the long-term associations it has maintained with its clients.
The leadership approach of the Director, Mr. N. Vigneshwaran, has been instrumental in its ongoing success. Even in these testing times after the advent of pandemic, the company is operating at its full capacity to fulfill all consumer needs. It is receiving new requests for quotes on a daily basis from various industries, and all the teams are working to convert the RFQs into orders without delays. Mr. Vigneshwaran says, “Our Vision and Mission is customer delight each and every time.”
The company has kept the safety of its team as a priority as well. It is providing a safe work environment, ensuring everyone follows all safety standards, sanitising first before daily work, and also giving moral strength to survive against any abnormal circumstances the team may face.

The Director appreciates criticism and feedback, and tailors the company’s workings accordingly. He states, “Regarding criticism, whether it is positive or negative, I take both in the same way. If negative, I will try to correct, if positive, I will use that to achieve more.”
At present, Mr. Vigneshwaran is optimistic about the market scope for Investment Casting, and plans to move ahead with all the best practices and strong commitment to quality of SAN Precision. He is dedicated to continual improvements of the existing and established facilities. Under his direction, the company is adhering to a diversified
approach and takes all kinds of customers so as to manage forecast differences. He keeps on engaging new customers across various industries, and remains on a lookout for latest advancements in technology and takes on its challenging components.
