Moreover, he has deep experience in corporate laws, Income tax and GST matters. He is also one of the founding members of The New York Chapter of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.
After spending over 20 years, managing accounting, auditing, and taxation and consulting for SMB’s and MNCs alike, Vikas forayed into the entrepreneurial space in Enterprise Tech. He founded TYA Business Solutions, an accounting firm and turned it into a PAN-India organization with a team of 100+ people. With time and the advent of technologies, Vikas recognized abundant opportunities to redefine financial solutions. But, the growth of a company isn’t limited to its fiscal aspects. Hence, in 2018 he started expanding his entrepreneurial vision and collaborated with Praveen Dokania (Co-Founder), to launch TYASuite Software Solutions.
