His collaboration with Nidhi, rooted in a shared vision, has been instrumental in shaping Nidhi’s Perception. Bhargav is a firm believer in the power of entrepreneurship, startups, and the importance of fundamental business principles: delivering customer value, fostering teamwork, active listening, empathy, and fairness. He sees Nidhi Perception as a potent blend of logic, emotions, and practicality—a philosophy that resonates deeply with his own extensive experience.
With over 17+ years in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Project Sales across regions like the Middle East, Africa, the Asia Pacific Region, the GCC region, and the EU, onsite and offsite, Bhargav has navigated diverse landscapes. This experience has taught him the importance of these three “deadly combinations,” which he credits with providing him with a constant sense of energy and a never-give-up attitude in any circumstance. Bhargav emphasises the importance of honest self-evaluation, recognising that we often paint pictures we want to see rather than what truly exists.
