Nowadays, entrepreneurs can no longer rely solely on their products or services to stand out in the business world. In this hyperconnected world, they must build credibility, visibility, and trust through consistent storytelling. Beyond traditional marketing, what they truly need are strategic partners who understand how to translate their vision, expertise, and values into a digital presence that commands authority.
Such partners don’t just amplify reach but are masters in crafting narratives that position entrepreneurs as industry voices, helping them shape perception, influence conversations, and create a loyal community around their brand, all through authentic, organic engagement.
In our research, we found that a few ventures have mastered the art of organic digital influence, where The GOAT Media has stood out as a promising player. Kennet Alphy Lamby C is the CEO & Co-Founder of the venture, scaling it to greater heights. From a small-town dreamer grappling with college arrears to the leader of one of India’s most innovative media agencies, Kennet’s journey is as audacious as it is inspiring.
Vision with Velocity
The GOAT Media was born from a simple yet powerful mission: to help the best become the best-known. “Countless entrepreneurs are doing incredible work, yet they remain invisible because they don’t know how to position themselves on social media. We bring their brilliance to light,” Kennet explains.
The GOAT Media is the world’s 1st Authority Building Agency, dedicated to transforming established entrepreneurs and business owners into industry leaders through authentic digital storytelling and strategic social media presence. Unlike influencerfocused firms or startup consultants, The GOAT Media works exclusively with seasoned entrepreneurs, ensuring every client’s narrative is grounded in real achievement.
From Setbacks to Strategy
Kennet’s story began in 2017. Coming from a family of teachers and government employees, he was expected to secure a stable government job. But after leaving college with 16 arrears, he had to pivot. A diploma in Human Resource Management exposed him to business leaders, sparking a desire to carve his own path.
A brief stint as a content writer led him into sales and marketing, where he learned from scratch through YouTube and relentless practice. “I worked by day and learned by night,” he recalls. “I wasn’t the best, but I was the fastest learner. Speed became my strength.” By 2019, Kennet founded Brandocx, helping job seekers secure dream roles. When the pandemic disrupted operations, LinkedIn became his breakthrough platform.
Decoding patterns behind viral content, he built a community of over 50,000 followers, transforming content success into a replicable business model and paving the way for The GOAT Media’s launch in 2023.
The GOAT Approach
In just two years, The GOAT Media has produced over 20,000+ reels, built a community exceeding 12 million organic followers, and generated more than 15,000 leads for its clients. Its organic-first model has scaled 45+ businesses, including one client who expanded his retail franchise from five to twelve outlets within a year
“We cracked what others couldn’t — organic growth,” Kennet says. “While many chase virality, we focus on authority. Our clients don’t just go viral; they become the monopoly in their space.”
Complementing this is The GOAT Mastermind, a platform helping entrepreneurs build their own media teams, ensuring long-term autonomy and content independence.
Leadership Beyond Limits Kennet’s leadership is anchored in three principles: thinking beyond, acting with speed, and leading by example. “I never teach what I haven’t done,” he asserts. His discipline and obsession with execution drive both his personal and organizational growth. Innovation is central to The GOAT Media’s strategy. “The market evolves every six months. I observe, adapt, and create new offers. If others copy us, it only proves we’ve set the trend,” he says.
A Vision to Touch 4 Billion Lives
Kennet’s ambitions extend far beyond metrics. With 8 billion people in the world, he aims to impact at least half of 4 billion lives. “We can’t do it alone,” he explains. “That’s why we build changemakers. Every entrepreneur we help become an authority carries our mission forward.”
For the future ahead, Kennet sees social media as an enduring force and not a fleeting trend. He said, it is going to be the default mode of human communication. “The way we consume content will evolve, but storytelling will remain. And we’ll be there, shaping those stories,” he concludes.
