2. Ghazal Alagh – Mamaearth
Mamaearth stood out in the extremely competitive sea of skincare products for its promise of Nature-based, eco-conscious products. Ghazal and her husband launched India’s first unicorn in the beauty and wellness space when she was just 28!
3. Ritesh Agarwal – OYO Rooms
At the young age of 19, Ritesh launched Oyo, and dropped out of college to do so! He recognised his vision to create budget hotel experiences., and fast forward to 10 years later, now his vision is a reality, spanning over 80 countries and setting a strong example for aspiring entrepreneurs.
4. Kaushik Mudda & Navin Jain – Ethereal Machines
Ethereal Machines is a Bangalore-based deep tech startup. The co-founders, Kaushik & Navin, beat all odds to build an “impossible machine” that not only mastered a notoriously difficult technology, but also took the first step towards making India a manufacturing superpower.
5. Shubham Sethi – MyScoot
House parties are creating a buzz. To make it even easier to host and attend these social gatherings, Shubham ideated MyScoot. The vision behind this concept was to help urban millennials find safe and curated social experiences. The platform became popular and was later acquired by the largest company dominating the online matchmaking space in India.

After fighting with cancer in her early 20s, Kanika was determined to launch JetSetGo. Her private aviation startup is also known as the Uber for jets. With her strong grit and vision, her idea helped her break gender barriers in an industry primarily dominated by males.
