India commemorates National Science Day 2025 today, celebrating the groundbreaking discovery of the Raman Effect by Sir C.V. Raman on February 28, 1928. In his Science Day speech, Dr. Raghunath Mashelkar, renowned scientist and Padma Vibhushan awardee, emphasized, “Science is the backbone of progress.
