Shortly after its inception, it bagged projects from cos. as TATA Steel, Reliance Industries and L&T Technologies, Croma, Godrej, Haier, TATA Batteries and a few local and global organizations.

Major projects included mapping the manufacturing of OEMs and getting the documents made for setting up a new manufacturing facility. This has strengthened the service base enabling AscenTrack to replicate the success story with new clients.

Supporting the manufacturing comes from vast first-hand shop floor experience and support in Digitization, Non-Value Adding Activities finding and eliminations with low-cost automation, thus optimizing the manufacturing cost and productivity improvements. Sunil C Panchbhai

Founder & CEO

He has 34 years of experience with Mechanical Engineering from REC Nagpur (VNIT), and an MBA in Marketing and Personnel (Nagpur University), he attained a Black Belt in Six Sigma. He acquired Management inputs from IIM, Management Development Program, S Korea, and Management Expert -Shiv Khera (US.)

He worked prior with Thermax, Pune, Voltas Limited, Nagpur, Electrolux India, and LG Electronics Pune – he gained expertise in establishing R&D & headed R&D of products such as Refrigerators, Front Load Washing Machines, Air conditioners (Room and Commercial) and Television (LED)

Other Positions he held: Secretory and Treasurer: IMechE Process Division (Institute of Mechanical Engineers (UK); India Technical Centre (2018~); Member Board Of Studies: Mechanical Engineering National Institute of Technology, Nagpur (2017); Advisory Council for Engineering colleges YCCE, Nagpur, Mentor for Start-ups – SINE (Society for Incubation and Nurturing Entrepreneurs) at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay – Mumbai. (2018~), Volunteer Start-ups Mentor on Stanford Seed Spark India(2020~). He is also a speaker on various local and international forums and a Panel of Global Consulting groups as a Council member and offers consulting to global clients.

Sunil Shetty

Sunil Shetty is a Mechanical Engineer with M. Tech post-graduation. He has over 16 years of work experience.

He has experience in Rewa Motor before moving to LG Electronics.

He has worked as Manufacturing head in LG Air Conditioners and later as Factory Head in Haier, Pune for Air Conditioners. He has expertise in manufacturing facility set-up and continuous improvements; operations and manufacturing excellence working.

He has worked for line establishment, manpower optimization, line balancing and manufacturing cost improvements

Rahul Kasture

Co-founder & CTO

Rahul Kasture is a Mechanical Engineer and an M. Tech. He possesses over 13 years’ experience in automobile and consumer durable.

His area of work included Development Planning and NPI. He has headed Product Certification compliance for consumer durables. He worked on Field Quality Improvement and was also a lead auditor and Trainer for Customer Service.

He possesses expertise in product certifications and Quality Improvements. He is a certified trainer for ISO certifications.
